Incorrect, incomplete or insufficient information:
Incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details may result in a redelivery fee. To help ensure timely delivery and avoid additional charges, please make sure all shipping information is accurate and complete, including the business name and trading hours where applicable.
Parcels returned to sender:
Parcels returned to sender due to non-collection and inaction following courier calling cards, pick-up notifications or request for more delivery information will incur a re-delivery fee if reshipment is requested.
Any shipping fee, re-delivery fee or surcharge paid to ShopInk Australia is non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.
Delivery to the following areas is not available or will be subject to a surcharge:
Cocos (Keeling) Island, Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Heard Island, Norfolk Island and McDonald Islands, Christmas Island, Coral Sea Islands and The Australian Antarctic Territory.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM AEST or during non-business days will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
As a general guide:
- Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5 or more business days
For interstate deliveries, please allow additional transit time.

Important Information
If you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature (Authority to Leave), delivery will be deemed complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated delivery location in accordance with your instructions.
By selecting Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that the parcel may be left unattended and accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed. ShopInk Australia is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier has confirmed delivery in accordance with your Authority to Leave instructions.
